Expertise
I've spent more than a decade inside high-growth SaaS companies — including Slack, where I helped scale Customer Success from $90M to $1B ARR through IPO and Salesforce acquisition. I know what it's like to lead when the pace is relentless, the expectations keep rising, and you're being asked to grow into your next role before you feel ready.
That experience shapes how I coach. I understand the pressure, the complexity, and the human side of building something fast. My work sits at the intersection of operating experience and leadership development — practical, grounded, and focused on what actually moves people forward.
I work with high performers and leaders at technology and AI companies on three things: closing the gap between where they are and where they're going, building the clarity and confidence to claim what they want, and developing the human side of leading high-performing teams.
I hold certifications in coaching (CPCC, ACC), Change Management (Prosci), and Organizational Behavior (Harvard Extension School).
