That experience shapes how I coach: with a practical understanding of how leadership actually works, where alignment breaks down, and what helps people move forward effectively.

I bring both operating experience and formal training to this work. Alongside my coaching credentials, I hold certifications in Change Management and Organizational Behavior, and I draw from those disciplines with range and discretion.

Today, I work with clients across industries and career stages—from senior leaders and founders to creative and entrepreneurial professionals—helping them strengthen communication, decision-making, influence, and leadership presence.
