I'm Lindsay — a leadership and executive coach who works with high performers and leaders at technology and AI companies ready to grow into what's possible.
Before coaching, I spent more than a decade in high-growth SaaS, with leadership roles at Slack and Salesforce during periods of rapid scale — including helping grow Slack's Customer Success organization from $90M to $1B ARR through IPO and Salesforce acquisition. I know the realities of ambitious work: the pressure, the pivots, and the moments when leaders are asked to step into greater scope before they feel fully ready.
I believe that work, at its best, is one of the most powerful vehicles for a full life — not just a paycheck, but identity, purpose, meaning, and the relationships that change everything. I've seen what happens when people get the right support at the right moment. They don't just perform better. They become more of who they're capable of being.
That's what I'm here for.
I work with clients on three things: closing the capability gap between where they are and where they're going; building the clarity and confidence to claim what they want; and developing the human side of leading high-performing teams. My clients are managers stepping into director scope, ICs becoming first-time leaders, directors building toward VP, and leadership teams that want to operate at a higher level together.
I completed my coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC) and hold certifications in Change Management (Prosci) and Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School. I'm also an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
My coaching is direct, warm, and grounded in real experience. I'll challenge your thinking, name what I'm noticing, and help you build the kind of leadership that holds under pressure.
