I’m Lindsay — a career and leadership coach who helps high performers, founders, and emerging leaders cut through the noise and rise to their next level.
Before coaching, I spent more than a decade in high-growth SaaS, leading at Slack and Salesforce through periods of rapid scale. I know the realities of ambitious careers: the pressure, the pivots, and the moments when you have to step up before you feel “ready.” I’ve scaled teams, grown businesses, and shaped careers—and I bring that experience into every coaching conversation.
My clients come to me when they want more — more clarity about their direction, more confidence in their leadership, and more alignment between their work and the life they actually want to live. Together, we work on the skills and shifts that make growth real: communication, decision-making, influence, presence, and leading with impact.
I completed my coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute, accredited by the International Coach Federation, and hold certifications in Change Management (Prosci) and Organizational Behavior from Harvard. I weave a variety of evidence-based leadership practices and frameworks into my work, meeting every leader exactly where they’re at. Today, I support clients across industries and career stages—from tech leaders and retail executives to real estate entrepreneurs, creative directors, and beyond.
